Two vehicle MVC

Station 71 along with Sussex County Paramedics was dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment at 1001. EOC related to units two vehicle accident with one subject trapped in a vehicle. Rescue 71 responded and requested an addition engine to scene for protection line for extrication operation. Station 81 was dispatched and responded with engine 81-4. Rescue 71 crew arrived on scene and secured and stabilized the vehicle with entrapment before extricated patient from vehicle. Situation was placed under control by command Fire Captain Lance Fleetwood at 1023. BLS units A71 and A87 transport patients to local hospitals.
